Lisa Coffi (Founder & Producing Artistic Director)
As founder of Shakespeare by the Sea, Lisa is delighted to present the 22nd season of Shakespeare plays, delivered under the stars at locations throughout Southern California. She has an MFA in Theatre Management from CSU, Long Beach, and a BFA from CSU, Sacramento. Lauded as “Pedro’s Playmaker” by Random Lengths News, Lisa is living up to her moniker, producing more than 170 plays in San Pedro in the past twenty years. Her proudest achievement is Shakespeare by the Sea, which has grown into a mainstay of the Southern California summer experience. In addition to SBTS’s annual festival, she manages and produces at Little Fish Theatre, which delivers critically-acclaimed comedy and drama year-round in an intimate space, currently in its 18th season. Lisa judiciously divides her time between San Pedro and Newcastle (Sacramento) where she resides with her husband, two dogs, one cat, and two cows (Raisin & Nutmeg). (Production Team)
Suzanne Dean (Associate Artistic & Development Director)
Suzanne is a co-founder of Little Fish Theatre and Associate Artistic Director for the organization. Suzanne has played numerous lead roles for SBTS including Cleopatra, Beatrice, Olivia, Portia, Queen Elizabeth, Kate, and Prospero. At Little Fish Theatre, she performed in last year’s production of Rapture, Blister, Burn and prior to that in Veronica’s Room, Hedda Gabler, Blithe Spirit, The Lion in Winter and originated roles in the World Premieres of Peg & Garrick, and The View from Anderson Park. At CLOSBC, she performed in Private Lives, Sylvia, Taming of the Shrew, and was named Best Actress by Broadway World for Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf. In 2005, she toured to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival alternating the roles of Hannah Mae and Maude in LFT’s A Coupla White Chicks Sitting Around Talking. Other notable productions include Macbeth, Les Parents Terrible, The Lady’s Not for Burning and Hay Fever. In 2018, she was a Guest Director and Actor with Prague Shakespeare Company. Stephanie Coltrin (Assoc. Festival Producer & Director, Henry V)
This is Stephanie’s tenth season having directed The Winter’s Tale, Macbeth, Othello, Hamlet, The Tempest, King John, Romeo and Juliet, King Lear, and Julius Caesar in summers past. She also directed Looking, Panache, The Weir, Bach at Leipzig and The Love List at Little Fish Theatre (where she is also Artistic Associate). Other favorite directing credits include The Last Five Years, Moonlight and Magnolias, Taking Sides, Miss Saigon (Ovation Award Best Musical) Jesus Christ Superstar, Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Blithe Spirit, The Taming of the Shrew, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Quilters and Godspell. She has also received the Stage Scene LA award for Director of the Year, the Broadway World award for Best Director, and a nomination for a Garland Award. James Rice (Director, The Comedy of Errors)
James is a 30 year veteran actor and director who has been involved with over 100 productions throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties. He was trained at the Professional Actor’s Conservatory in Santa Ana. He has previously directed productions of The Merchant of Venice, Much Ado About Nothing and Hamlet with Knightsbridge Theater. He has also performed the roles of Hymen in All’s Well, Falstaff in The Merry Wives of Windsor and Sir Toby Belch in Twelfth Night. This is Jim’s ninth year as a company member with Little Fish Theatre, and has appeared in Taking Sides, A Very Special Holiday Special and Quartet. He also recently directed LFT’s productions of The Clean House, Plaza Suite, The Cemetery Club and C-Word and Beatrix Potter Must Die shorts in 2019 Pick of the Vine. Jim is very pleased and grateful for this opportunity to work with Shakespeare and such a faboulous cast. (Production Team)
Sara Haddadin (Tour Manager)
Sara is excited to be returning to Shakespeare by the Sea for her fourth year. Sara is a graduate of the University of La Verne. When not working with SBTS she is a freelance theatre tech, working on shows like Macbeth with an independent theatre group, and Quartet and The Balcony Scene at Little Fish Theatre. She is also a Rogue Artist Ensemble member and worked on Project Kaidan: Walls Grow Thin. During the school year most of her time is spent as the technical director for the Archer School for Girls and Mission Viejo High School. (Production Team)
Matthew White (Scenic Designer)
Matthew has worked in Technical Theater for over 15 years. As a Designer / Installer / Theatrical Consultant he has worked in venues across Southern California, Arizona, and Oregon. He has enjoyed furthering the arts through his work on musicals, plays, concerts, and venue renovations and installations. He is proud to be designing this years tour for SBTS. Matthew is the Owner of ON Q LLC, a Production Company specializing in audio and lighting installation, concert and corporate sound, and production design and fabrication. Matthew would like to thank Lisa, Stephanie, Jim, and the SBTS Production Team and Acting Troupe for all their hard work. (Production Team)
Diana Mann (Costume Designer, The Comedy of Errors) 
Diana is a company member of Little Fish Theatre and a familiar face to the southland theatre scene. Diana has costumed over 75 shows over the past 17 years. Some of her favorites include Singin’ in the Rain, The Wizard of Oz, The Music Man (Broadway in the Park), Cabaret, The Lion in Winter, West Side Story, The Pirates of Penzance (Torrance Theatre Company), The 39 Steps, Picasso at the Lapin Agile, No Sex Please We’re British (Norris Performing Arts Center), Chapter Two, A Very Special Holiday Special, Ithaca Ladies Read Medea, and her all-time favorite The Misanthrope (LFT). Having been an admirer and supporter of SBTS, Diana is honored to finally be costuming for this talented group entering the world of Elizabethan fashion. Jeffrey Schoenberg (Costume Designer, Henry V) 
Jeffrey has been designing costumes for LA area theaters for 35 years. His most recent designs have been Candide for the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at CSULB, As You Like It for the Antaeus Company; Resolving Hedda for the Victory Theater; and The History of Comedy (abridged) at the Falcon Theater. He designed last season’s Cloud 9 for the Antaeus Company, (for which he received an L. A. Drama Critics Circle Award, A Stage Raw Award, and an Ovation nomination,) and where he has designed more than a dozen productions including The Wedding Band, Mrs. Warren’s Profession, The Malcontent (Ovation winner), King Lear, and Tonight at 8:30. Other recent designs include Kiss Me Kate for Cabrillo Music Theater; Always … Patsy Cline for Sierra Madre Playhouse; Bach at Leipzig, for the Odyssey Theater; The Dead, The Time of Your Life, and Threepenny Opera for the Open Fist Theater; and the NoHo Arts Center’s Elizabeth Rex (Ovation winner). For the Colony Theater he designed almost 40 productions, including Dames at Sea, Side Show (Ovation winner), The Ladies of the Camellias, and The Laramie Project. He has been the resident designer for Musical Theatre Guild for the past 7 years. Olivia Schlueter-Corey (Wardrobe Mistress)
Olivia is thrilled to be back for her 6th summer with SBTS! Previous SBTS roles include Banquo in Macbeth, Emilia in Othello, Celia in As You Like It, and Hermia in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and many more. She is also a company member at Little Fish; credits include Bloody Poetry, Pick of the Vine ‘17 and ‘18, and Domestic Tranquility, as well as various roles in the staged readings of Henry V and Henry IV part 2. Other favorite LA theatre credits include Stage Hand in With My Eyes Shut, Nina in The Nina Variations and the fight swing for Macbeth. Patrick Vest (Fight Choreographer)
Patrick has been with SBTS since 2002 and is delighted to be back again this year. Last year he played Leontes in The Winter’s Tale, which was maybe his favorite production ever. In previous years he has played such roles as Macbeth, Iago, Caliban, Bottom, Marc Antony, Mercutio, King John, Malvolio, Shylock, Gloucester, Orsino, and various other roles. He also directed All’s Well That Ends Well, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and As You Like It for SBTS. Patrick earned his MFA in acting from the Alabama Shakespeare Festival. He is one of the founding members of Little Fish Theatre in San Pedro, where he was recently seen in The Country House, Bloody Poetry, The Balcony Scene, Dinner with Friends, and Taking Sides. His goals remain to do every play in the canon and to work with Stephanie infinity more times. Patrick is also a member of The New American Theatre Company where he studies with Jack Stehlin, and has done many shows, most recently playing Duke Vincentio in Measure for Measure. However, his favorite role continues to be that of daddy to his two daughters, Olivia and Eleanor. (Production Team)
Nayla’ Hull (Sound Designer, The Comedy of Errors)
Nayla’ is an award winning Sound Designer, Actress, Composer, Producer and Rapper. She works primarily in theatre. In May 2018 she designed and composed her first production The John Lion New Plays Festival premiering three brand new plays for which she received a Legacy award from the Kennedy Center ACTF Region 7 for her first design. She has designed Spiders Web and Exit Pursued by a Bear at the Long Beach Playhouse, as well as Spoon River at Long Beach City College. When she is not designing she is writing songs and producing music under a couple anonymous monikers. She appreciates her family’s support in her endeavors. (Production Team)
Claire Mazzeo (Stage Manager, The Comedy of Errors)
Claire is excited to be working with Shakespeare by the Sea for the first time, and with Jim Rice for the third time. She has been a fan of Shakespeare since she was young and is overjoyed to have the pleasure of stage managing The Comedy of Errors. She graduated from CSULB with her B.A. in Theatre- emphasis in Stage Managing. She has worked on a variety of shows from the Las Vegas tour of Absinthe in L.A., Rumors and Lysistrata at the LBPH with Jim, to Sister Cities and Death of a Salesman — these are just some of her favorites. She is enthusiastic about exploring the world of Theatre Arts and Entertainment with the hopes of branching out into other aspects of production. Satarupa Thyme (Stage Manager, Henry V)
Satarupa grew up in Santa Cruz where she fell in love with theatre. After spending years singing, dancing and acting, she started adventuring into the backstage side of things. She immediately took to stage management because of her love of organizing, scheduling and post it notes! In 2017, Satarupa moved to Fullerton to continue her education at University. She will be graduating from CSU Fullerton in Spring 2020 with her BA in Design and Technical Production with an emphasis in Stage Management, as well as a Minor in Business. She later plans to attend San Diego State University to get her Masters in Musical Theatre and eventually open her own theatre company! (Production Team)
Cinthia Nava-Palmer (Henry V Co-Sound Designer / Sound Engineer) 
Cinthia earned her BA in Drama from the University of California, Irvine with honors in sound design. Most recently she composed music for and devised original works in Busan, South Korea, where she was teaching English for two years. She has taught theatre workshops and yoga classes throughout Asia, in New Jersey, and here in Southern California. You can find her licensed sound design and incidental music for Luke Yankee’s The Last Lifeboat at Dramatists Play Service. (Production Team)
Holly Baker-Kreiswirth (Press Relations)
Holly is a proud Little Fish Theatre Company Member. LFT credits include directing The Country House, On Clover Road, Provenance, Laughter on the 23rd Floor, Domestic Tranquility, A Very Special Holiday Special, Ethan Claymore, Oh Baby, Tryst, and Pick of the Vine 2009-2015, 2017-18. She has also acted in several plays, produced multiple productions, and designed sound for dozens of LFT shows. In her day job, Holly has worked on ABC’s Murder One, NYPD Blue, Brooklyn South, and City of Angels as a researcher for the writing teams. She recently worked on Private Practice where she headed the Director Diversity program in partnership with ABC Disney. Holly also co-created, wrote, and launched a national morning talk show prep service called “The Girly Sheet” with over sixty radio station subscribers. Her film and television credits also include Hunter, Private Practice, Some Kind of Wonderful, Chicago Hope, Gia, Saved by the Bell, and Star Search. (Production Team)
Jessica Farr (Executive Assistant/Volunteer Coordinator)
Jessica is an alumnus of New World School of the Arts, Fordham University and Moscow Art Theatre. She is originally from Miami, FL. She has worked for Mad Cat Theatre, City Theatre, Lost Girls Theatre, Miami Theater Center, Theatre Lab, Juggerknot Theatre Company and now, Little Fish Theatre and Shakespeare by the Sea. She is a playwright, director, actress, voice over artist and stand up comic. Amy Zidell (Website Management)
Amy graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Political Science and operates Delta New Media, a boutique web site development company. She enjoys the creativity of working with a range of projects including start-ups, non-profits, education and anything entertainment related. Her background includes a season as a Universal Studios Hollywood Tour Guide. Her path to Shakespeare by the Sea began as a spectator, and then progressed to regular audience member and fan, to sponsor, volunteer, and essential contributor. (Production Team)
Aimee-Noel Callaway (Administrative Assistant/Club100 Coordinator) 
Aimee-Noel is a third generation born and raised San Pedran, an active community member, and a UC Santa Cruz graduate. Over the years, she has been affiliated with a variety of local organizations, providing voluntary and seasonal support to them in multiple ways. The environment is a big concern of hers, whether it is locally or globally, and she is continually interested in furthering her education and activism. She’s currently working on a solo project called: Blankets for Beacon House, where handmade blankets are given to the newest men arriving for treatment and recovery. She has over 23 years’ experience in the theatre and provides a variety of creative energy, talents and ideas. Presently, Aimee-Noel continues to serve as the House Manager of the Warner Grand Theatre. (Production Team)
Robert Kinsfather (LACAC Intern)
Robert is a rising senior at Loyola Marymount University studying Theatre Arts, French, and Business Management. Robert was last on stage in a production of Spring Awakening (the play) in Bonn Germany as Moritz/Ensemble. Sydney Swearengin (Henry V Directing Intern)
